1. Containment: We establish containment around affected areas to help prevent mold spores and contaminated dust from spreading to other parts of the property. Depending on the project, this may include physical barriers and negative air pressure.

2. Removal:  We remove mold-affected materials when necessary and use appropriate equipment and procedures to address mold growth on salvageable surfaces. Materials such as drywall, flooring, insulation, or other porous building materials may require removal when they cannot be effectively cleaned.

3. ​Cleaning and Disinfection:  After mold-affected materials have been removed, we clean the remaining affected surfaces and surrounding areas. Our remediation process is designed to remove mold contamination and reduce the possibility of spores and debris spreading to unaffected areas.

4. Drying and Dehumidification: Controlling moisture is an essential part of mold remediation. We address moisture conditions and use drying and dehumidification methods when needed to help reduce excess humidity and moisture that can contribute to future mold growth.

5. Moisture Prevention: Whenever possible, we identify the underlying moisture problem that contributed to the mold growth. Addressing leaks, water intrusion, condensation, humidity, or other moisture sources is an important part of helping prevent the problem from returning.
